How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@aureliaslim.com within 60 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number (AS-2026-XXXXX) and reason.
3. We’ll send an RMA number and return address within 24 hours.
4. Ship the packs back using a trackable service.
5. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Processing Timeline

• Return shipping: 3–10 business days
• Refund processing: 5–7 business days after receipt
• Bank posting: Additional 3–10 business days

Damaged or Wrong Items
