Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard US Shipping: 3–7 business days. FREE on 2+ pack orders. $6.95 flat rate for single packs.
• Priority US Shipping: 2–3 business days. Add $4.95 at checkout.
• Canada: 7–12 business days. Calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also use our order tracking page anytime.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada, with more regions coming soon.

Returns & Refunds

Every order is backed by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, return your packs — even empty ones — for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to Return

1. Email support@aureliaslim.com within 60 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
4. Ship the packs back (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility).
5. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
